Coastal Arthritis will be happy to respond to your query; but in order for
us to do so via e-mail, you must provide your consent, recognizing that
traditional e-mail is not a secure form of communication. There is a slight
risk that any Protected Health Information that may be contained in such
e-mail may be disclosed to, or intercepted by, unauthorized third parties.
Coastal Arthritis will use the least amount of Protected Health Information
necessary to correspond with you. Alternatively, please call our office and
arrange an office visit or leave a message for our staff.
